Hi, I’m Sophia Truscott. I’m a full-time freelance brand strategist and designer, and the founder of Sophia Creative.
I help creatives, solo-prepreneurs, and small business owners build thoughtful, competitive brand identities that stand out in today’s crowded digital landscape. My work blends market research, strategy, and design to ensure every visual decision is grounded in clarity, purpose, and long-term growth.
After graduating from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Commerce degree, I worked with early-stage startups as a marketing & brand specialist, alongside building my own freelance business and creative practice.
Through that experience, I noticed a major gap in the creative industry: While professional strategy and bespoke design services are essential for online success, they’re often financially out of reach for the very people who need them most.
I launched Sophia Creative in 2020 to change that. By offering professional creative services at flexible price points, I’ve given independently-built brands the confidence and cohesion they need to succeed.
